Who's Behind the Course?



Hey, I'm Sammy and I don't always look this angry, I promise!

I decided to create this course after experiencing my fair share of aches and pains for myself and realising that movement wasn't the cause, but the solution. Long story short - I retired from elite sport, started working at a desk and BOOM... back pain!

Mobility training and stretching has got me back to the point where I and I can enjoy the things I love - swimming, crossfit, gymnastics and outdoor adventures! I truly believe that this course can help you to do the same... Enjoy movement and the wonderful things this can bring to your life.
